Bug Description

Binary package hint: alsa-utils

I installed a new ThinkPad T61 using Gutsy Tribe 5, and found that the built-in speakers were muted by default. I could hear no sound until I opened the mixer and unmuted the 'Speakers' switch. Here's what it looks like after switching it on:

This should be enabled by default.
