spurious titlecase in PPA indices

Bug Description

http://ppa.dogfood.launchpad.net/cprov/ubuntu/dists/feisty/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz says "Priority: Optional". This should be "Priority: optional" (note lowercase).

This uppercase confuses apt and makes it always want to reinstall the package because the local metainformation becomes a a lowercase priority in the dpkg status file and that makes apt thing that local<->server are different and it wants to correct this.

PPA-beta (dogfood) indexes were regenerated add should make update-manager/apt happy now.
Check your PPAs and let me know if something is still wrong.
