typo prevents volume_tmp_dir flag from working

Since there's an easy workaround for Folsom and nova-volume is being removed, does anyone object to not putting this fix in nova?

nope. Unless it is a security issue it doesn't seem necessary.

    Fix typo so setting volume_tmp_dir works

    This can be controlled by environment variables without setting
    volume_tmp_dir as well, so there's an easy workaround for
    Folsom.

Accepted nova into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova/2012.2.1+stable-20121212-a99a802e-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
