This bug was recently set as "In Progress". Would it be possible to add a fuller description of the planned signing model to the bug to inform interested parties? Useful components of such a description would include information about the expected content of the per-PPA key (e.g. Name, comment, email, etc.), and a best-practice procedure recommendation for users to be able to sign a PPA public key in a manner that ensures that it is indeed the correct key.
