Comment 36 for bug 764744

I heartily disagree with yet another icon is going to solve the Root of the problem.

People cant find even the most basic things because the Root problem is that there is no visible user guide / tutorial / help that the user can consult each time he needs it:

if they have problems finding the settings is because they also have problems finding everything else...

why dont you guys apply "usability testing" to the Help in ubuntu instead ?
