Sorry, what I meant by that was...

Say you are using an un-maximized window with the global menu disabled
because of a large or multiple screen set-up. You get used to the menu being
directly below where the window control buttons are. If you maximize the
window, one would normally expect the menu to still be below the buttons,
not to the right of them simply because of the size of the window was
maximized.. Doesn't seem natural, logical, or consistent on a normal desktop
to me..
