The relevant line from lsusb is:

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)

which is the same as the OP has.

Incidentally, if anyone can tell me what I need to get it working in Hardy, I'd be grateful. I'm ok about applying patches and recompiling if that's what it takes.
