Comment 84 for bug 448095

Bug present in 11.04 natty aswell.

Most of the times resolv.conf is empty expect for 2 remarked generated-by-resolvconf lines.
Only about 1 of 10 reboots resolv.conf will get filled correctly with dns-* data from the interfaces file.

Please fix this, correct dns info is pretty important for servers which do not use dhcp-client.
