ktp420, can you please tell us what exactly keyboard layouts do you use?
And does your problem actually has something to do with typing letters
in several keyboard layouts, or you complain about something
different? If you complaints are about window manager key bindings,
what exactly works wrong -- i.e. what steps do you take, what do you
expect to get and what do you get instead?

I would appreciate your comments very much, since we are working now
on the solution.
And I also have to note that GRDC doesn't solve the original problem
of working with several keyboard layouts.
It works as bad as rdesktop does.
