Comment 32 for bug 428509

The workaround that I gave in comment #31 doesn't work anymore in Lubuntu 12.10. Now, notifications with "high urgency" just stick and must be closed explicitly. And at the same time, even they are invisible now if one application is fullscreen. This is developing in the wrong direction. :-(
