I can confirm the same problem with the same error messages in .xsession-errors. Connecting to WPA2 Ent. wi-fi with TLS auth.

While entering the private key password:
** (nm-applet:1793): WARNING **: Error: couldn't verify private key: 14 Failed to finalize decryption of the private key: -8023.

After the correct password has been entered:
** (nm-applet:1793): WARNING **: Error: couldn't verify private key: 4 Couldn't decode certificate: -8183

Same certificate/key work fine in 9.04.

This is on a freshly installed 9.10 Netbook Remix.
