Ubuntu Hp Pavillon DV6000 with GeForce 8400M GS in 10.10 works very very very well.
 After DISTRO Upgrade:
1) normal boot from GRUB, I cant' shutdown, I can't switch to CTRL+ALT+F1, I can't go in standby, I can't hibernate.

2) in rescue mode bootfrom GRUB, in "rescue menu" after boot I select "resume normally" so pc starts every service, I access to chell console with my user, I do "sudo service gdm start" PC works very well in standby, CTRL+ALT+F1, hibernate, shutdown and so on.....
