Have the same problem. My PC is a Acer 8943G
The ScanDisk ultra II 2.0 GB will not auto mount with Natty. It works fine if I revert to kernel Linux version 2.6.35-28-generic (buildd@allspice) (gcc version 4.4.5 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.4.4-14ubuntu5) ) #50-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 18 18:42:20 UTC 2011 (Ubuntu 2.6.35-28.50-generic 2.6.35.11)
