I have exactly the same problem as Ari, running 12.04.2, cursor becomes corrupt on primary monitor.

I'm using fglrx/Catalyst 13.1 (fglrx-amdcccle-updates - 2:9.000-0ubuntu0.3) and kernel 3.2.0-48-generic.
