Zvisha: Problems with suspend are almost always hardware-specific, so it's extremely unlikely you are experiencing the same problem on your Asus machine that is reported here against a Toshiba. Please open a new bug for your issue by running 'ubuntu-bug linux' from a terminal. Thanks!
