I have a Lenovo S10 with Kubuntu 10.10 and I'm having this suspend issue. Computer goes to sleep as you would expect, but doesn't wake up from it. Screen stays black (the other light go on as if everything went well). No reaction to key strokes any more.
The GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi_sleep=nonvs" didn't fix it.
Is there another workaround or fix?

BTW: This issue started after some Kernel update while still on Kubuntu 10.04. Before suspend was working flawlessly.
