On the affected Samsung netbooks (I'm using the NB30), what's the difference between:

intel_idle.max_cstate=0
intel_idle.max_cstate=1
intel_idle.max_cstate=2
intel_idle.max_cstate=3
intel_idle.max_cstate=4

Is it worth trying them all?
Ubuntu 10.04 is also affected by this bug.
