Comment 18 for bug 625395

It might be related to /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/init-bottom/udev since in recover boot I see the init-bottom scripts for a long time and in the udev script there is a timeout of 61sec...
What does this do and why could it change the boot process in such a dramatic way?
