On dmesg are the messages that made me think I had this bug:

[ 7.399508] ata1: link is slow to respond, please be patient (ready=0)
[ 12.018550] ata1: COMRESET failed (errno=-16)
[ 12.368494] ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300)
