I get this errors in latest natty update too. I don't know if we have to investigate further.
It usually happens when compiz breaks (it removes the Window decorations) and looks like it try to redraw the windows from outside the drawing area.
My graphic card is an ATI Radeon HD 4870. Hope it helps
