Thanks for the info rloth,
Now I'm using kernel 2.6.38-9-generic in Ubuntu 11.04, and even the error appears sometimes, it happens less frequently, so I think I will not apply any patch for the moment, because I really need the PC working, and now I'm afraid of these other issues you are experiencing like keyboard and xorg malfunctions...
In any case, I will pay attention to this bug, in order to help as much as I can.
