    Unfortunately, if they don't have bugs opened for their specific issues, then I can't help them. Even bugs that appear to be the same hardware or the same error need to be filed separately due to the nature of the kernel and the fact that similar issues could be caused by completely different issues. if you'd like to encourage them to open new bugs, then that is fine. Unfortunately the level of work on the Team as a whole precludes them or me from participating in the forums, so we don't get to see those issues like we would like to.
