Just to mention that I'm affected by this bug on my MSI Wind netbook - usually after suspend, mouse ( Logitech USB ) stops responding to clicks - interestingly, usually it starts by ignoring clicks on window title bars (i.e. I cannot move windows anymore by left click and dragging) although for a while, clicks may still be registered inside a program (i.e. Scite) or by clicking the window entries on the bottom bar - however, after a while, mouse responsivity dies, and I have to do 'sudo service gdm restart' to get mouse back ( unfortunately, this command closes all possible programs and logs you off ) ...
Funnily, I haven't seen this problem on my Lucid desktop (upgraded from 9.10 - whereas the netbooks first OS was Lucid) - where additionally, mouse gestures applet (actually, 'Dwell Click') is enabled ??!
