Lollerke : no, I didn't touched anythiing. How can I try such option ?
Currently, the only workaround I've found is to boot on the Karmic kernel ( 2.6.31-20-generic ). It works fine, no more problem. Everything is fine (except the boot screen which is ugly but that not an issue for productivity)
