This seems to be some major IRQ issue for your system. Can you test the latest mainline build available at http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ to see if there's a fix upstream? If not, I suggest opening a bug at bugzilla.kernel.org. If you do open a bug there, please post the url here so we can link the two bugs.
