I confirm it worked out for me. 1.60 seems the best BIOS out there for this netbook.

If you need assistance, just contact me, i'm not following this topic that much to answer all questions in a short term period.
@dragostino: I think the bios update utility is checking if it can fit to that chip what you have. We are using a bios from a different netbook, but its binarily the same. Try it, if it can be done, it will do it. If not, it will say so. Thats my opinion only, cannot take warranty for it.
