hm, somehow I can't edit my last post, so here's the description for the attachment above:
setted the PM_DEBUG-Variable to true with 'export', switched to init-runlevel 1 and started suspending with 'pm-suspend'. Also added the line SUSPEND_MODULES="$SUSPEND_MODULES ehci-hcd uhci-hcd usbcore forcedeth" to my /etc/pm/config.d/00sleep_module, didn't have any effect...
