Confirmed for 2.6.32-24-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux.

It does not occur in any 2.6.35 mainline kernel, and I did not notice this bug when I tested .34 kernels. So I assume this has been taken care of but the fix hasn't trickled down to -stable/ubuntu yet.
