This has been happening to me, also. I reinstalled, figuring I must have messed something up when I was tinkering, and it happened again with the fresh install (after opening the "testing" application). Much thanks to everyone explaining what this problem really is and to Mark for showing how to disable the annoying and unnecessary alert.
