and I can connetcion with thsi tuttorial:

1. Cold boot with it unplugged.
2. sudo killall devkit-power-daemon
3. sudo killall devkit-disks-daemon
4. Plug in the E220
5. Wait for a while, when it shows up in Network Manager, connect.

but sometimes I`ve got something like below (all kernel wersuin - Yours 2.6.31-14.49 and .50, my 2.6.31.6)
