Hi all,
"modprobe acpiphp" alone doesn't work for me, I get nice messages in the log:
Feb 9 17:05:25 xxxl64 kernel: [255004.800480] acpiphp: ACPI Hot Plug PCI Controller Driver version: 0.5 Feb 9 17:05:25 xxxl64 kernel: [255004.801111] acpiphp: Slot [1] registered
that's lovely, but plugging/unplugging device into/from ExpressCard slot does nothing and produces no messages in log.
But what works for me is putting:
acpiphp
to
/etc/modules
Hallelujah! :-)
