SRU Justification

Impact: Backported kernels beginning with 3.0.0 will not have the full BNX2 ethernet driver feature set.

Patch Description: Add new firmware files. There is no chance for regression since existing firmware files are not altered, nor are the new firmware files used by any kernel prior to 3.0.0.
