_When booting XP with an array ins RAID0+1although it was'nt a true RAID
(because of it is a soft Raid) it is clearly faster to start the
operating system and the recording and reading disk time seems to be
really lower... So I was thinking it will be possible an advantageous to
start from the array with Linux.... unfortunately you say that it's
impossible with Grub....

I've got another problem with Grub (the array is now disabled in the
bios) it's that it take a long time to start ( 3 or 4 minutes...) is it
normal ?
