This doesn't fix the problem. I already have USA (default) and Russian. Adding Dvorak doesn't do anything. The problem is still here, Ctrl+C doesn't quit any process like 'ping' or simply doesn't add a new line in gnome-terminal (with USA layout of course). By the way I have Ctrl+C assigned to copy any text in the terminal, but it was assigned in previous version of Ubuntu and it worked as expected.
