Could you please execute the following command 'gconftool --recursive-list /apps/gnome-power-manager > gpm.gconf.values.txt' and attach the resulting file to your bug report? Please also add the output of 'apt-cache policy gnome-power-manager' to your bug report. Thanks in advance.
