Ok, Bug fixed now... Nano saved a file in /etc/modprobe.d/ which shouldnt be there... contained the line "options snd-hda-intel model="acer-aspire""
thx to David Harringsson who helped me per IRC to find the error
Finally i got sound with ubuntu, yeah!
