Same problem here, I was thinking my tv-card or cable was busted when I realized this started after the upgrade.

Getting:
Jun 21 21:30:29 bart-tv kernel: [11719.734460] ivtv0: All encoder VBI stream buffers are full. Dropping data.

My card is a PVR 500
