Bug Description
Launcher - Auto scroll missing from the top of the Launcher
When the launcher contains folded icons, and the cursor is over the launcher, the icons flatten out. Moving the cursor to the bottom of the launcher triggers a auto-scroll (that needs to be made more progressive, see bug #765732). The effect also needs to be replicated when the user moves their cursor to the top of the Launcher. Currently when the user moves their cursor near to the top of the Launcher nothing happens.
Desired resolution.
- If the Launcher icons at the top of the Launcher are off the screen, moving the cursor near to the top of the Launcher should trigger the same progressive auto scroll that is triggered by moving the cursor to the bottom of the launcher. All attributes (size of auto scroll area, progressiveness of autoscroll, etc...) should be the same, but with the direction reversed.
- Moving the cursor past the top of the Launcher into the top bar should continue to behave exactly as it does currently, e.g. the user has stopped interacting with the Launcher
