Bug Description
There is lag on all my audio and video (Rythmbox, Totem...) every few seconds.
The problem disappears when I add "noapic" in the kernel parameters.
I didn't notice any error messages in the system log (syslog...)
It is a regression because this issue does not exist in previous versions of Ubuntu on this computer :
Ubuntu 9.04 : ok
Kubuntu 9.10 : ok

I tested Mandriva 2010.1 beta one 2-desktop586- 1mnb #1 SMP Mon Apr 5 23:35:31 UTC 2010 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
uname -a :
Linux localhost 2.6.33.
It seems the issue is not specific to Ubuntu Lucid.
=> same problem.
=> The "noapic" kernel option fixes it as for Ubuntu 10.04
