Bug Description
Selection in blender does not work with ATI r600+ cards, this makes the application practically unusable. This bug is fixed in mesa git repository.

As you can see it's a small and simple fix with no side effects. Since Blender is quite a popular application, it would be nice if we can have this fix in before Lucid is released.
