Bug Description

Local sunrise/sunset times should be calculated for the location and date. The current estimates (e.g. ‘Before sunrise (4:00 - 4:59)’) will not be accurate in all locations and seasons.

http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneDay.html provides a sunrise/sunset calculator. There should be algorithms available for calculating this locally based on the date and longitude/latitude
