/contacts gives a 404 error for some subscribed users

I have an ubuntu one account and I get a 404 error when I select the "contact" tab.

I have this error with a 2GB subscription.

I am also on the free 2GB subscription, and get this 404.

I'm changing title and description of this bug to refer to *subscribed* users that get a 404 on /contacts/, because a number of them have noted that above. For unsubscribed users, the bug was a duplicate of #458199 anyway.

Original description:

"Unsubscribed users clicking on the "contacts" tab on https://one.ubuntu.com/ get a 404 Page Not Found error. Unsubscribed users should be redirected to https://one.ubuntu.com/plans/ when clicking on /contacts. This is what happens for unsubscribed users going to /notes which is the correct behavior."

I have been a subscriber for a long time now. The notes page works for me (as well as can be expected), but the "Contacts" tab gives me a 404 error. I have an address book in Evolution of type "CouchDB" setup and have marked it as my default address book. I don't know how to initiate a sync of my contacts, but let me know if there are any log files you would like me to attach.

Have written a branch that creates the contacts db if it does not already exist when accessed through the web ui. We still need to find out how this situation can arise and fix it.

A branch that should solve the 404 /contacts problem was deployed in production yesterday. If the problem is still there for any of you, please shout out. Any confirmation of problem solved will be appreciated too. :-) Thanks..

Works for me too. I now need to solve a few synchronization issues I
have, but this will be part of another bug report if needed.

The #500 error occurs in contacts and notes.
