Hiding/showing the ribbon from the menu doesn't do anything until you visit another folder in Nautilus

Bug Description
Selecting Hide/show ribbon from the Nautilus plugin context menu doesn't do any inmediate action. Users need to go to another folder and back to see the ribbon shown/hidden. This is because the location bar widget doesn't listen to GConf changes, so it doesn't know about the selection done by the user.
