Cancelling a share if I am the recipient doesn't work

Bug Description
Someone shared his whole My Files folder with me accidentally. I cancelled the share from the web interface, and I don't see it in the web interface anymore. However, I still get his newly uploaded files into my Ubuntu One folder. u1sdtool --list-shares gives the following informations:

There does not appear to be a good workaround for this issue right now. New shared files continue to land in the Ubuntu One folder via the client.
