Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-session

Ubuntu Intrepid alpha 5, all updates installed

1. Choose "System" > "Log Out…".

What you see: The "Log Out" and "Switch User" text are not lined up with each other.
What you should see: They should be lined up.

It may save time to fix bug 269502 and/or bug 269504 at the same time as this bug.

Hi Matthew,

Looking at your attachment i agree it looks 'odd', however - using the proposed new human theme (screenshot attached), i'm not convinced it looks so bad. However, there is still something not quite right in my opinion and therefore i'm confirming the bug - and would welcome further input to see others opinions.

Thank you for reporting this bug. I cannot reproduce this with my intrepid and gnome version 2.20.2.4ubuntu1. Which version do you use?

Dave, your screenshot shows the same problem. It's not a matter of opinion: the text is exactly 24 pixels out of line.

mcas, as I said, "Ubuntu Intrepid alpha 5, all updates installed". I last updated about four hours ago.

Ok, I have submitted a new human icon theme package (0.30) with the necessary icons. Should be fixed in Intrepid soon. You can test it from my PPA

This bug was fixed in the package human-icon-theme - 0.30

---------------
human-icon-theme (0.30) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Reverting spelling error, it was taken care of in the scripts already and
the package therefor failed to build.

human-icon-theme (0.29) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Adding icons to fix LP: #269504 as well as LP: #269500 .
  * Found an issue with one icon name
  * Adding a link to folder-move and folder-copy for evolution
