Bryce Harrington: It is not enough to say: "Not enough information is provided to troubleshoot this." You need to tell what exact information is missing yet. The reporter did provide a lot of bug environment information, did he not?

The reporter did not report any *problem*. While there is some information about the reporter's system attached, they haven't described any form of bug. It's extremely difficult to fix problems when there's no problem reported!
