Bug Description

The libnjb package on Ubuntu does not include the files /etc/hotplug/usb/nomad{jukebox,.usermap}, generated by the hotplug.sh script in libnjb source distribution : when a user connects a device, its files in /proc/bus/usb are still owned by root, and the user cannot use any of the program based on libnjb
