Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg

Attempted upgrade of "xserver-xorg-video-geode" and "xserver-xorg-video-AMD" produces the following error

W: Failed to fetch http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/x/xserver-xorg-video-geode/xserver-xorg-video-amd_2.9.0-1ubuntu2.3_i386.deb
  404 Not Found

I used Firefox to check and there is no such package

I am using Ubuntu Hardy Heron

I meant "update" not "upgrade."

I eventually got this fixed by changing the download source to the "Main Server" instead of the "Server for Australia"

Thanks for reporting this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better.

However, this is not a problem with the package itself, but with the particular repository mirror. The file exists in http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/x/xserver-xorg-video-geode/xserver-xorg-video-amd_2.9.0-1ubuntu2.3_i386.deb
