webpy is an application framework for Python, on which my package (fivedash) depends. The recent release of webpy (0.30) contained a bug that made SSL implementations with mod-wsgi impossible. This has been fixed in 0.31

That's not the debdiff, it's a diff file explaining the differences between files. You can make a debdiff using the debdiff command, but it can't be used for this release, since I'm using a new original tar.gz file (i.e. only for patches).
