Please merge virtinst (0.500.1-2) from debian main

I've renamed python-virtinst to virtinst (as in debian) and created a transitinal package

Any reasons the package was still diverting from debian and was using python-central?

Also declare "input": USB_TABLET for lucid like squeeze
